Baby Green cheek I got today fluffs his feathers and sleeps all the time

Hello everyone, this is my first post here, and I just got a weaned baby green cheek conure today. Maybe I’m just being paranoid, and maybe it’s normal for babies, but he fluffs his feathers all the time and sleeps all the time. Is he I’ll or something, or is it normal for babies?

(Also, can someone tell me how to post photos of my bird from an IPad? Thanks!)

How old is the weaned baby? Yiu just got today? Could be over tired from the stress and young birds sleep more. Have you seen him eat and drink and poop? A/c vents can really chill your burd, make sure the cage isn’t under a vent or in front of the air return.

He weaned a week ago. I saw him eat but just a bit, drink a bit, and he pooped 3 times from what I’ve seen. There is an A/c vent in the room he’s in( the living room), but it’s very far from him, and he isn’t in any way in front nor under it.
