My bird has a nasal flush yesterday, alot of pus and blood came out and on the way home from the vets, he started to have a small amount of blood out his nostrils. It has dried in his nostril. Tried wiping with a warm wet cloth today but didn't budge. How can I get it out? He isn't tame and does wriggle while being held. The last pic is today.

That should have been a stop, turn around, and drive back to the Vets office, not a complete the drive home. At the very least, you should have called your Vet when you got home.
Not unlike Humans, Parrot nostrils have blood vessels very close to the surface of the covering skin, which is very thin. With great luck, the bleeding had stopped.
Please call your Vet's clinic today and at least report the bleeding. They may want to have you bring your Parrot back in or wait and see if the nostrils become blocked again.

FYI: Please send the photo's to your Vet.

I stopped and called the vet as soon as it started actually! Which was minutes into the drive home. She said if it starts to bleed a big amount and I'm concerned then take him in. Looking for advice on how to clear it

Maybe one of those baby nostril suctions gently applied after softening the blood. I'd ask your vet before using the baby nostril suction

I honestly would leave it so as not to disturb the clot. And try to wipe it with a warm cloth after a few days.

I rarely disagree with a Vet, but IMHO, the Vet should have requested a return to the Clinic as the bleeding involved both sides and was more than a couple of small drops and was active at the time. At this point, I am glad to see that it has stopped and that it has dried and has become easier too clean.
