Budgerigar can't stand on a stick

My budgerigar is 34 days old and can't stand on a stick, can't move properly and his claws are always on a strange position, you can see it on the photo, what do I do?

Those feet do look strange and if your budgie can't stand on a stick then something is seriously wrong. The only thing I can suggest is taking it to a vet

Looks like your babies got pretty deformed feet. Going to a vet is always a good idea, but likely, he’ll just have to be cared for differently.
I have a disabled sparrow and keep her in a low long cage with lots of flat platform perches to rest on.

Also keeping the food very low and easy to access for him will help too.
