I suggest removing the grit. Not only is it unnecessary, but also harmful.

Is the vegetable/fruit mix fresh vegetables?

What is Carbovit? Is it vitamins? I do not reccomend feeding vitamins unless your bird has some deficiencies detected by an avian vet.

What seed mix do you feed them and how much? Seed based diets may cause dry droppings and vitamin deficiencies. I suggest feeding no more than 30%. Can you share a pic?

Other than the feces looking too dry, I wouldn't be too worried.

No they don’t eat fresh
I would love to give them pellets but I couldn’t find any for budgies(another disadvantage of living in a third world country!) so they have seed mix and dry vegetable everyday
Sometimes it get too watery or the color turns yellow but it’s usually black or gray

I understand not feeding pellets. They're not necessary and a lot of people can't find it in their countries.

I highly reccomend trying to feed fresh veggies. You can search up safe veggies online.
