Confused

I got 2 ringneck 2 weeks ago. One is pretty comfortable now he started eating from my hand as well, other still scared. From last 3-4 days he started doing a new thing. He eats his food, then drink a sip of water and then do 1-2 scream, what does it mean? Is he happy or anything else?

Patience is the name of the game.

When you posted it was pretty much night time in the US. And currently it's still night time in some parts, or very early morning in other parts.

As for screaming, ALL parrots can, and many will scream every now and then.

They are babies only 3 months old. what is beg cry?

From my experience with Rio, my alexandrine at 3 months I still had to hand feed him and then the weaning process. As I really dont know exactly how old he is , I can say he was fully weaned at 5-6 months .
There are a lot of experienced members here who will advice you if you post pics of your IRN and their current diet and feeding schedule.
If these baby INR are your first please let your breeder complete the hand feeding and weaning for you.

No he is not bobbing his head up and down, he is just eating his food, then drink a sip of water and scream for 1-2 sec and then sit on his favourite stick in his cage.

I know his age because when I adopted it from breeder I asked his age, he told me he is approximate 2-3 months.

He is eating fine, he eats all the time but drink very less amount of water, maybe because of winter?

Birds don't drink a lot. Are you providing fresh fruits and veggies? They would get most of the water needs through that.

Yes, I tried many fruits and veggies, but they seem to like only guava, all other fruits they just taste and throw away. They are fond of guava, every time I provide them guava they are like very excited and finish all in a minute.
