I want to see everyone's conures so i made a thread for people to post their conures in and say something about them.
So if you own a conure of any kind, please reply with a picture and some things about your bird

This is Charlie, my almost 24 year old Peach Front conure. He's been in my care since he was 20-ish and was in the possession of a woman who had - and loved- him until she went into the hospital, where she later passed away. He's plucked since I adopted him, but with this molt, I'm pleased to show a belly full of yellow-green feathers! He's teaching my more stubborn cockatiels how to eat veggies and mash. I love him to pieces and I'm lucky that he's in my care, even though he hates hands with a passion.

BTW - those spoons beside him are his ALL TIME favorite toy, LOL!

He is a beautiful Peach Front
Hate to hear his back story but I'm glad to see his feathers back and looking beautiful.

Zenek... what can I say... 8 years old, walnut obsession and he knows howto say in human language that he has nothing "good" to eat
Also, he often wants to scratch his head using my nails

He looks amazing, I love GGC, and from the looks of it he likes to play with pens.
If my IRN sees any pens she thinks she either has to throw them on the floor or eat them.❤😂

This is Phoenix, got him from a bird only store in Vancouver, Washington. They had about 25 different baby birds at the time, early June. I went in 2 days in a row and he was the only one to climb out of the big shallow plastic tote they were in to see me, so apparently I was his human.

Sadly it came down to keeping Phoenix or keeping my apartment. He was with me for three years.

It's amazing how the babies look dull, then when a sun conure hits it's final form it's like OMG.

Thank you, She is hilarious and loves playing with toys! She's starting to talk and even sings. We let her fly around the house all day and she loves it.

No, my Jenday doesn’t eat an unlimited amount of seed. I was showing a vet that if I open a container where their seed is both of my conures will help themselves. They will even purposely try to knock the container over to see if they can’t get it open if I have the top closed. Relentless little buggers they can be 😂😂
