Birdman666 yours eyes were so light. Do all of their eyes lighten up like that. Right now his eyes are very dark. I'm really looking forward to trying to teach him tricks and I love seeing all of the things yours could do. Such an unfortunate loss!!

Yeah. Their eyes change colors as they mature. Yours still has his baby eyes. His eyes will become that light grey color as an adult.
