Hi everyone. idek if this will be seen by a lot but im currently dog sitting and bird sitting and so my friend gave me a bag of her birds pellets in a plastic ziplock bag. I stupidly left the bag of pellets on the dinning table chair instead of the dinning table itself and somehow some way this tiny dog (iā€™m talking barely reaches halfway to my shin) took the bag down from the chair and ripped into the ziplock bag. I donā€™t know how much saliva couldā€™ve got on the birds food and iā€™m not really sure what to do now. Should i just throw the entire bag of food away?? like is there some way to salvage this. Also for more info bc heā€™s tiny he managed to make a hole but not tear it completely up to the point there was a mess, like all the pellets managed to stay in the bag but im concerned. plz help šŸ˜

I would throw out any pellets that have ANY chance of having dog saliva on them. But anything that was untouched in the bag should be ok. Just transfer them to another bag.
