He is apprimately a month old he is not being able to balance itself, his bodyt emperature is cold compared to before when it was warm, he is sleeping all the time, his stool was brownish black and after a day it returned tot he usual dark green he is still eating but no like before please of anyone knows what i can at home to make him feel better contact me here or on my email nour-tabbaa93@hotmail.com

Has he been in to see a vet? Start with a poop smear at the absolute minimum, that should be pretty telling at this point... but he definitely needs a vet.

I cant afford to take him to a vet thats the problem, i dont know if ita relevant but i placed him beside me and covered him with a blanket as a result he did become a little bit more active and he reopened his eyes again, but now he is back to what he was again

You need to figure out how to get this bird to a vet. If it means you contact a local bird rescue or even a local SPCA and you have to surrender the bird, the bird is most likely going to die without medical help. I'm not a vet nor anyone else on here that I know of, so none of us can tell you exactly what is wrong or exactly what to do as a home remedy to save your bird. But, just in my opinion, you made the decision to have a bird, you are responsible for its well being. And if you cannot afford to pay for a vet, you need to consider all other options including surrendering the bird to a shelter or possibly even an avian vet would accept the bird or allow you pay a small amount now and keep the bird til you pay off the bill if you do not want to give up ownership entirely.

I don't mean to sound cruel or heartless, but your bird needs to be first priority and right now he really needs medical help.

Ive already contacted several facilities and asked them if they are willing to take in my parakeet, but everyone is off duty now so im waiting for their reply, and i told you that such things are not taking very seriously here thus my call for help. Im grateful for your concern
