flipping pictures that are uploaded

Is there any way i can flip my images the right way that i have uploaded, if i upload from phone it always goes sideways...

take the picture from your phone to your mac or pc
open the paint program. Find "rotate" on PC it is near the top left. Select rotate left or right the apropriate degrees, or select flip horizontal or flip vertical. go File SAVE AS, and put it on your desktop as, say "parrot.jpg" and upload that file.
