That car just hit a pothole??? Holy cow, Ant, that's terrible:(

That's no pot hole....that's more like quick sand. Wow!!!

OMG.....It hit a sink hole....that's scary as that's happened here before....

Oh! Awful :( I can't imagine if that was my car. I hope they didn't have anything important in there.

Yikes!! Where was this, Ant? Are these the same rains that caused the latest Eskom problems?

We get similar things going on here in N'cle where I live. It's because our entire town is heavily undermined due to rich coal seams. Of course, no one dreamed when the mines were first established that automobiles would be invented and weigh down on the old mine shafts. I'm wondering if RSA's road problems are due to mining activities, Ant?

If only that were it, Trish! Sadly our roads are in a terrible state as a result of poor maintenance and incompetence on the part of the municipalities :(

The floods are getting worse now
The Vaal Dam is now threatening to overflow

It is so stressful just driving to work

This was in Durban, but I believe it has happened in Gauteng as well.

The reason for the Eskom problems they export all the good coal and use the left over here.
Apparently all the coal was wet, thus the power cuts.

We need someone who know what they are doing to take over
