Has there been any change in his diet recently? Any new virds introduced to your house? Is he getting a decent amount of natural sunlight everyday? Is his diet just seeds or are you giving him a large variety of food?

These could be possible reasons for the change in his colour

Hello

Thanks for the reply.

His old diet was: main food roudybush pellets, too much fruits and less veggies. Also human foods sometimes like rice, bread, fries.

Since 3 weeks his new diet is:

Main food roudybush pellets, daily high vitamin A veggies, hemp seed hearts, tiny bit of walnut.

As treat fruits or seeds, only treat.

So no human foods, and alot less fruits.

And as for the tail feathers being not slick aligned and some feathers are not strong and full, can this also be caused by the diet ?

And for the hemp hearts is 1/2 teaspoon daily safe ?

Also no other birds.

Thank you.
