A few ideas for your parrots.
1. The water bottle rattle. I use large parrots 16oz bottle. Small parrots 8oz bottle. I wash off the bottle, I let it dry out over night. Then I put a few treats in the bottle, close the cap. And drop it in the cage bottom. They will try and get the treats out by taking the cap off and lifting up the bottle to get the treats.
2 plastic straw chain. Put together straws and make a chain with them and hang them up. Something simple, but it will keep them busy.
Rope perches in your house to help keep them of furniture. I have a sliding glass door. So I put a rope perch going across the door about 6 inches away from the door so that the rope is in front of the door, so they are more likely to land on the rope.
And by using snaps you can unhook the rope when needed.
