This came from an email I recieved from dogster, but I think it carries over to 'parronts' as well! Ive added the comments in ( )

"It's hard not to get judgey when you see other dog (bird) owners doing something you'd never consider, like using (or not using) retractable leashes or feeding generic kibble (seed only or not so great pellets). But maybe we should all be more careful about the loaded things we say to one another -- because allowing passion to replace politeness might lessen the impact of the useful advice you're actually trying to share. I can't agree with this last sentence more!!
