He is here!!!!!!

Pippin is here! He arrived yesterday. He is more awesome than I ever imagined. He does not know how to step up so I have to kind of pick him up. He came out of his carrier no problem and then did not want to leave me every time I put him in the cage he would scramble for the door so he just sat an let me scratch him for a while. He dose not like being covered he made some loud noises over that. He is a little clumsy right now but I think that is a combination of being a baby having his wings cut before he was shipped and being in an unfamiliar place. He is sitting on me as I type trying to nibble on my hand and making adorable little noises.

AWWW he's so cute. He looks SO much like his brother.
How is he so far?
Cuzco will accept scratches sometimes when he's being calm, but other times he croaks and shuffles away. He is stuffing his face with mash right now and I saw him eating his Zupreem natural pellets earlier... very good eater. Likes baths, too. I wish he were a little more interested in being petted and handled, but you can't count on that, especially so soon after arrival. :/ Hopefully he'll actually start wanting that attention. He wants to be out with us now, but mostly wants to just mull around, especially on shoulders.

Cuzco also squawks really bad when the lights go out for the night... but after 5 minutes or so he shuts up for good. Haha, you should see his face right now, he's so caked in soft food I can't even see his beak. Here's a messy-beak pic from the other day. You can really see the resemblance in these guys. They even have the same teeny-tiny red eyebrows.
