Heavy growth of Pseudomonas Acruginosa and Heavy growth of Enterobacter species bacterial

hello members , i have almost 5 month old macaw ( blue and gold ) parrot, its still on hand feeding , few weeks ago he lose his 90% natural voice and not showing intreast in feed and he also vomit 20% of his feed , like if i feed 70cc he vomit 20cc after 2 hours , but its was active and his pop is also normal

vet advice me to give antibiotic 2 times in 24 hours for 1 week via injection, after 5 days of treatment he starting eating but voice was same and advice me to more antibiotic for 5 days like it will 10 days completed.

have complete treatment of 10 days but voice was still same , then he did some swab tests and result come after 1 weeks , in tests vet found Heavy growth of Pseudomonas Acruginosa and Heavy growth of Enterobacter species. then he recommend me for Amikacin antibiotics via injection.

now its 4 days and his voice and vomit is still on same condition like first day but he is still active and his pop is also normal.
please any one get same issue or similar like this?

Where did your young one pick up something like that? Did vet say? Outside, inside? Exposure to birds, foods?

vet said its common in raining season , and some time this issue come with expire feed formula or dirty water , but he is still on handfeeding , no fruits , no water cos he is not on self. everything in his feed , and i boil his feeding injection after every 24 hours. but dont know why he not recovering.

he is active , playing and flapping , taking feed good and also coming on self , but voice issue and vomit issue , other everything is good.

Hello guys, the issue is solved now. The main issue was that I was overfeeding him. The vet advised me to reduce his hand-feeding formula to 3 times a day:

1. 70 cc in the morning at around 8:00 AM
2. 50 cc in the afternoon at around 1:00 PM
3. 70–100 cc at night at around 11:00 PM

The vet also advised me to keep soft foods available in his cage throughout the day, such as mango, grapes, and green vegetables.
