I have a Pair of Peachface Lovebirds that I just adopted about 4 hours ago..
They are 6 months old and have not been hand feed or held for that matter...
Obvisously they are pretty skidish right now so ill just give them time to get used to their surroundings and me. I will post pictures of them and their home in the morning.. Would like any input for keeping them comfortable and of course safe and healthy. Looking forward to talking with y'all..

Got woke up by these two making all sorts of noise at 6 am this morning..Guess ill have to get used to that.
Here they are..I have not named them yet.. IMG_1966.webp

Welcome to you and your beautiful lovebirds!!

Given the tall profile of the cage, placing perches at varied heights and angles is best. You'll want to avoid direct overhang of food and water bowls! Best to avoid smooth dowel-type perches, safe natural wood are best. Rope-style perches are available, but use caution as many birds pick at the strands. If swallowed, serious injury including loss is possible. (not all birds will ingest)

Scott Is this cage suitable? was told that the cage needs corners.. The spacing varies to 1/2 to about 5/8 at its widest point..
