wait you said as soon as you stand up he goes back to aggressive.
maybe he just doesn't like that you higher than him

Even sitting he can still be agressive, and he has a tall cage, room to fly etc, he is my eye level and have higher perches, his night sleeping on is like a foot higher then me standing there. I am 5'4ish (163cm) and his cage is maybe 2 feet higher then me in total

but if he is out and flies around he is also agressive he will come sit on my head or sholder and start biting me. I am glad he has a cage where he can get some excercise still.
