I finally have a tattoo

I just have to tell this:
Yesterday I finally got a tattoo.... We had the 2. Slovenia Tattoo Convention here and I went to look and get some information but it ended in me getting a tattoo... an artist from Austria did it for me, she was very nice, would stop when it hurt too much and really did a great job... I wanted a tattoo for 7 years now but just couldn't find 'the perfect' design untill some time ago, when I found it on the internet.... it fit perfectly for what I wanted my tattoo to mean....

so here it is:

it's japanese kanji and it means ''tsubasa'' or in english ''wings'', but for me it has a number of other meanings and things that very importend to me and are connected to the sign... well one of those is my little devil in disguise Sunny I love it!!
(though my mum freaked out when I came home and is still not speaking to me, though I'm not a kid anymore, but oh well.... the next 'problem' is my boyfriend, it's gonny be a hard one telling him as he doesn't really likes tattoos...:11: )

Don't tell him that unless you know,without a shadow of a doubt, that he plans on spending the rest of his life with you. If he does not then he may head for the hills real fast. Might scare the crap out of him!!

well he didn't even want to know what it is, so no problem there he was really mad but tried not to show it (well I can tell really well when he is mad, so...), he just made some comments about cancer and me being a total idiot and so... but I just told him what I told my mum: it's my neck and you're too late to complain, if you don't like it then don't look at it.... I think he was just mad that i didn't ''aks him for permission'' (I'm not 5 amynore am I?) and just did it even though I knew he wouldnt agree .... I don't regret it and when people ask me if and how much it hurt I always say: well it hurt really bad, but still not as much as when Sunny bites me it's the truth, but now everyone thinks that I have a devil bird at home hahaha

As tats go it's pretty small and can be hidden by your hair or a collar of course you have to trust it says what you think it does until you find someone who reads Japanese and translates it for you and you find it reads "stupid white devil" LOL

I actually wanted it a bit smaller, but oh well, I love it as it is and my hair covers it really good...
as for the translation: a good friend of mine is studying japanese and is in love with kanji characters and knows a lot of them, so the translation is true and not like ''picnic table'' or somethink like this

well he is slowly comming around, but only cause he figured out that it won't go away and will be on me for the rest of my life (duuuh that is the point of having a tattoo)... I just have to be reeeealy careful when I have Sunny with me, she wants to see what it is and is constantly going after it with her beak...

haha i won't be posting pictures no, some of them are a bit private. but one is a coloured phoenix that stretches from my upper leg over my ribs to about the hight of my upper arm, when Pippen saw that the first time he flew off, he must of thought to himself "s*d that! he's hughe! i'm out of here" poor little baby >.<
ive another one, sort of a victorian floral design that goes over my shoulders to the middle of my back, some wolf paws on my other leg, half a sleave on one arm and i'm working on a design for another one in a few months.

sooooooo, I finally have some more time to get back to writing posts (haven't been here in a loooong time), the guy is now an Ex (it all just went downhill... had to end it cause I was miserable all the time), I met a new guy at my workplace, fell hard for him and my now boyfriend LOVES my tattooes yeah, I got a new one, a friend made it for me, she does tattooes for only a year now, so I was kinda a guinea pig for this style (watercolor), but it turned out just the way I wanted it :heart: hurt like hell though... was worth it now guess why it's this color haha:

yeah well the colour hurts a lot, the black was just like scratching, not bad at all but it was only 2 hour of pain, now it's healed

the artist did a very nice job!


and bet the back of your neck hurt D: i have one on my shoulder, of a white tailed kite (bird of prey in north america) and it hurt like crazy!

the first one is a year old, the second only 3 weeks and yes, it's Sunnys wing and her colours (though the blue is a bit lighter, cause if it was as dark as the one ob my sun, you couldn't see the black lines anymore)
