I never expected to lose her in my lifetime.

I'm just not prepared for that... and it's terrifyingly real at the moment.

I am so glad you don't have freezing nights there like we do here in CO.
I hope she is back tomorrow, but in the worse case she is not, the weekend is coming up and more people are going to be outside and hopefully to help.

OMG - I've been away and have not known of the hell of your last few days without Maggie. Now, I'm sitting here in a puddle of tears, I read page by page hoping for that celebratory post saying you found her. I'm literally sitting here sobbing knowing she's not yet safe at home. A Budgie group I'm on is showing an amazing outpouring of empathy for you as well, even though they don't know who you are. It's so touching to see that my post over there for you is already several pages long, and they are spreading the word on their social media and other bird groups. Bird people really care about this. Someone gave the billboard suggestion. I have no idea if it's really expensive or not, you'd have to call them to find out. Here are 3 companies.

I really like the billboard idea but I can imagine it's quite expensive. Anyone have experience with "go find me" site? We could start one for possible billboards or reward that is substantial enough so that anyone that finds her will call in for sure.

What I'm about to say hurts a lot, but I've got to let you all know that the forum does not allow any 'funding' sites. 2 folks ruined it for everyone (in the past). Of course we could ask Admin to make an exception, but I don't want anyone holding their breath, ok?

Have you tried the idea of one of your birds in a cage near where she has been sighted? She may be attracted to what she knows. Heck you could even sit there ALL day, if she's moving she may see you two.

Good luck Mark! Please try to keep the faith that you and Maggie will be reunited again! I know this has been difficult, but remember, it took you 3 weeks to get Tusk back. It hasn't been a week yet! With all that you have done and are doing I am confident you will be reunited!
