I think my budgies might be sick

My family was gone for 5 days on a trip and I just got back. All of a sudden, both my budgies are fluffed up and snowball is shivering. By the way, I live in texas and it is certainly not cold in my room. I suspect they might be sick, but I have no idea how to care for that. Any tips? I just want them to be okay

I'm considering taking them to an avian vet just to be safe, especially if they are sick and could spread it to my quaker or other budgie

New update: possibly good news? Turns out some big thunderstorm + lightning just came through my county, so I think my budgies were reacting to the storm before it came. I know that some birds can tell when storms are coming and act different, so I think that's what was happening with my budgies. The storm passed and my budgies seem to be back to normal-no shivering or being puffed up more that usual

Glad to hear that. There could be some stress related to your being gone. Continue to observe. Fluffy and trembling is often a sign of illness, anxiety and stress. To be on the safe side and your peace of mind take them for a routine wellness check.

That's a relief! Birds sure know how to scare us silly sometimes!!
