She just a baby learning how everything works. It was cute she didn’t know what to do when I first put the foraging plates down but started catching on.

They loved it. Ona stole food right out of Yuri’s beak! Meanie butt.

I predict that it won't be long before both your Little Miss Sassafrasses are trying to out-sass each other on a daily basis!!

Rewarding them for gentle touches. Yuri still a little unsure but I can see her starting to thaw. Ona fed Yuri a piece of fruit from her beak when she asked for it I told her that was very sweet.

They both need to learn to read other bird’s body language. They’re slowly getting it.

Yessss they both seem much more relaxed around each other today! They are getting closer, not as interested in constantly having to feel each other out. And improvement from both on respecting boundaries.
