Is this normal?

Our young rainbow lorikeet has a habit of laying on his side in the kitchen and making some weird noises. Is something wrong or is this what they do?

Lorikeets do all SORTS of weird stuff that other species just don't do! I would think a little video footage of the behaviour might be most helpful here

My lorikeet get’s super hyper throughout the day and does some weird things
