Maybe yours will do it someday. Kona and Pepper have been with us since late December 2022, and didn't preen each other for over a year.

Oh yeah, @OttoVonRuthless, I know the type, I'm lookin' at Lovejoy makin' eyes at me right now!! I hope perhaps you will consider putting an official entry into the contest, that one you entered a while back of Otto and Grandpa was amazing!!

The first time I visited her at the rescue she had a big messy beak...pretty sure thats what did it for me, and the head kisses of course.

That is just too cute! It's so fun when budgies talk. I had a budgie who said "Birds can't talk" and "Who's your buddy".
One of my budgies loves beer and is always trying to steal sips from the rim of the can. I do my best to keep her away from booze.
