I love reading this stuff. I get the most hysterical visuals...
*Julio waddling out with the baggage
*Julio and his super-fly flip phone
*Priss and the onboard flight voice system
*Yellow Nape intrigue in general
*Amazon pilots in pilot hats

Today, Kevin decided he was going to explore. Kevin is out 80-90% of the time, I only put him away if no one is at home (we all love him and are capable of keeping him safe). He's been home now for about 5 weeks and today he got off the cage and decided it was time to explore. He spent about an hour on the verandah, walking between all of the family and wanting to interact (still a bit scared but obviously happy to be out and about). Then, he waddled like a little vulture into the office where he hung out with hubs for a bit. The grand finale was waddling into sitting/dining area where there was so much to see. After a bit of mayhem and pooping, he waddled back to the front room where his cage is and made his way up. Upon ascent to the top, with great satisfaction he swished his red tail and declared loudly in Swahili, "HAYA." Which means, "That's done!"

Greytown is growing and expanding.

Sitting proudly after explorations. Shoulder feathers still a bit shabby but the hens can’t resist [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

After the partying with the famous RB and hens, Kevin saw them, together with his favorite Blue Headed Pionus Felicia, off to the door.

"Bye Felicia!" Hahahahahahaha! Hilarity, Lea! I'm loving Kevin's progress! It's amazing that he's at the point where he's exploring, now. Obviously starting to feel at home.

It was meant to be...period! Even though it is sooo bitter sweet

HRFluffiness is missed dearly by ALL of us,not just the Lea Family. And we know for a fact that Sir Nige IS safe and sound,is in very capable and loving hands, and probably still thinks of his "real" family. And by all reports from you,you hear him chattering away sounding happy when you speak to his caregiver(s) and that must put you at ease, even if it is just a bit

Then enters Mayor Kevin. I don't recall,or even know if you told us the circumstances on how he came into your life, where he came from, how he was treated, etc etc.
But in not even five weeks in your care,he has made tremendous strides!:D and you should know, coz he lives with you and your family cater to his every want and need..I mean..you guys CARE for him!

He is talking..waving hi and bye..( I agree with Steven, the thing with Felicia was hysterical!!) Probably eating the best he ever has,and getting so much love and attention that he was desperately wanting and needing. And what better way to show his appreciation? By being groovy! :p
One of his last pictures looked like he was even smiling! I bet he never knew his life could be so good. He was found by the right people.

Like I said...a bitter sweet thing all around, but I don't think it could have ended much better (except if it NEVER happened in the first place)

Thank you Lea and family, for opening your home, and hearts to this one very lucky grey :D I'm sure you will not be disappointed!!

Due to all the unusual shenanigans taking place at Mach speed at Greytown, the local reporters turned out looking for a statement from the mayor, who refused to comment.

Just South of the U.S. military ground and ship radar installations’ coverage zones, the two aircraft exchanged position with the 250 now leading, turned-on their radar identification signatures and returned to their proper tail numbers. Once they had landed in Telavi, they refueled and the 350i with its normal crew onboard continued East to its normal staging location. Pricilla and her staff Parrot continued on to the European Headquarters in Amsterdam. Julio caught the 2 am flight to Atlanta. Once onboard, they reviewed the documents that the other had prepared. Pricilla approved the new equipment purchases and sent it to the North America Headquarters and also a note to James regarding the new mainframe and laptops.

James had provided both of them a status report including a note that the Yellow-Nape staff are safe. He also stated that Mrs. Black had been arrested and that his security manager is believed shark fishing in South Africa. The media seems happy with the cover of your returning to your separate offices after the mid-quarter meeting provided by the senior Parrot AP reporter. He also stated that the memory stick Julio had provided him prior to leaving had been delivered safely to Kevin and that he was thankful for it and the assurance that it is the only copy.

Pricilla forwarded the news clip of Kevin’s interview with a note; Kevin is a quick study! Greytown is in good claws.
