Kinda seems like the bigger the bird, the more they use their feet, no? To eat, or pick stuff up for play etc.
I feel like my Pionus doesn't really use his foot much. Mostly when it comes in handy like eating pallets or pistacchio nuts, then it's pretty much needed.
But I see other parrots even smaller ones pick up a huge piece of apple or carrot and just chomp that thing apart and they hold it with one foot the whole time. It's really fun to watch I tell you.
Does this have any meaning at all or it's meaningless?
