We have lots of recipes and I just searched on ginger and several threads came up.

Hi I have tried a lot of things with my B&G. He really likes to hold his food so a lot of the cooked ones just do not work for me. Even his pellets / safflower he will grab a hand full and then eat. Silly bird.

Loves Corn on the cob. Oh Oatmeal he will eat that with a banana cinnamon mixed up in it. Yup he still try's to hold the oatmeal LOL

Mostly fresh veggies if I can get them . He will not eat frozen . Can veggies if I am in a pinch and can't find fresh and to keep a variety
