Welcome to the forums, @Aaronsmith55702, but I'm so sorry for the circumstances. Have you listed Dolly on 911 Parrot Alert yet? You can also check it to see if she has been "found" and taken in by someone else. Some of our members have been reunited with lost birds via their services, the link to their webpage is below...

You should also alert all vet clinics in your area, not just avian specialists, as pet parrots who escape are often handed in there by finders who are unable to keep or care for them. Posting on lost bird Facebook pages can also be helpful, as is letting your neighbourhood know by means of leaflets in their letterboxes - that's how I got an Indian ringneck back a number of years ago.
