Welcome to the forums, @Rakeshmeena122 :) I do not personally have any experience breeding parrots, but I do know that even in the wild, not every clutch of eggs hatches successfully. In your case it may also be that your hand-raised rooster has absolutely no idea what incubating eggs or raising babies is all about. Many parrot species in the wild stay in close proximity to family groups for several breeding seasons before they breed themselves, and they learn the "how-to's" of brooding eggs from observing other parent birds in the flock. There are of course innate instincts and some birds will get it straight away, but it does also take learning from the examples they see with other birds which is what your rooster does not have, so that could be a factor. We see this sort of thing here on the forum from time to time, sometimes pet parrots don't make very good parents. Your rooster may come to understand what's required of him in time or he may not, it's difficult to say.

Hopefully someone with experience breeding parrots will weigh in with their observations soon, but in the meantime I hope this helps :)
