So CUTE! It always amazes me how our birds can contort their long skinny necks to get scratches in just the right places without getting muscle spasms! And can you imagine sleeping with your head turned around and resting on your upper back while standing on one foot? Me neither.

Great theme for this month, and since March 17 is World Budgie Day, I'd like to enter my precious budgie, Rocky BalBirden, who I raised from an egg, in this month's contest because she's one of the world's luckiest budgies. Her Mama couldn't incubate and raise her so I had to do it myself, and I had no experience at all. If I hadn't followed expert advice Rocky wouldn't even be alive, so she's a pretty darn lucky budgie!
