Our next door neighbours have had theirs up since the end of OCTOBER!!!! Gah, it's just all too early! hahahaha!

You'd think I'd be happy! Christmas Day is the only day we don't open the shop

We were supposed to have 6 inches of snow today.....we had a mild frost! The snow here was awful last year, neverending and such a pain

I'm working on coming up with parrot safe decorations. We have a Norfolk pine tree that we used for a tree last year. I'm not comfortable putting up lights and tinsel this year - our first with flighted birds - but I'm going to use cotton thread snowflake ornments, sisel rope, raffia, cranberries, unsalted popcorn, apple rings (maybe), etc. I'll let you know how it works out.
