Mobile Foraging Station

I had an idea of creating a mobile foraging station that I could move from room to room for the birds to play in. At first I was thinking maybe a utility cart but my wife has other concepts of a plan. She does not want it to look messy she wants something with a cover. I disagree I just feel an open bin would be better for the birds to come in and out of at their leisure (keep in mind I have one that is flighted and the other that is not). I'm hoping that somebody on the forum has done something similar. Any ideas would be appreciated.
