Unfortunately, it looks like your bird is barbering its feathers.
When a bird starts randomly plucking/barbering it’s best that they be taken to an avian vet and get a blood panel just to rule out any physical illness. Once it’s ruled out you can start to speculate what in the environment could be causing it.

Yeah that's what I thought, I just booked a consultation with my avian vet.
