If the female is split blue, you will get white and yellow babies. There are other things that the male could be hiding but only test breeding will tell.
I have to say though, breeding birds is a huge responsibility and requires a lot of research, time, and money. Please PLEASE do a LOT of research and don't dive in unprepared. I'm not trying to be cruel, but I can tell from your question that you need to spend a good deal more time digging into the info before continuing.
