My car alarm is malfunctioning

Yesterday my car alarm kept going off! Very noisy, the horn beeps constantly, not good for a quiet Sunday. My husband of course could not find his keys to shut it off & borrowed mine. It happened about 3 times & I was puzzled, we wondered how to unhook it.

Merlin was playing quietly w/his foot toys, he noticed the horn but no comment from him. This should have been my 1st clue. After a hour of back & forth to the car, it occured to me that the lost set of keys was the answer. Just as I suspected, Merlin had the set of car keys & apparently was hitting the panic button on the clicker.

Note to self, stock up on brain food so I can continue to out smart this bird.

I'm just praying he didn't make the connection between the clicker & the beep, we would really be in trouble then. Tom said "Is this how every day goes here now?" lol
