It can take a few days for a parrot to get used to being in a new home, so at first just let him get used to you being there. Sit next to him and talk, and then once he seems relaxed around you you can try offering a treat like millet through the cage bars. Does he have a name already?

Yes, named him Tweetie xDCongratulations, he's very cute!
