I have such a sweet spot in my heart for lorikeets!
I knew one, named Larry, for 15 years in NM, before the Rbird and I moved up North.
He got wetter than any other bird I ever saw... I mean, he was soaked!!!!!!!!!! His feathers just HUNG and DRIPPED when he was done.
God luv ya, Larry, wherever you are today!
