I like superb, studied it's characteristics and could get 1 immature male.
My superb 'Rio' is 9month old, people gave the weaning food but got along with birds only over 7 month not like companion birds.

My family suffers from rio's noise in the morning every day.
As far as I know, superb is known to be a little silent.

People told me the reason might be immaturity. Is it true?

I'm looking for your stories of Superb's growth period.
Thank you very much if you tell me some tips for immature superb.

Rio seems to like me, steps up my finger, hand, shoulder very well.
What's forunate is that Rio keeps calm after morning.

I don't know anything about them but Rio is a very cute bird:)

He is very pretty. I don't know anything about them. I just checked out some videos on You Tube and they don't seem to be too noisy. It's a Barraband right?

I hope your family is adjusting. Most birds will call in the mornings and early evenings.

I have 2 Male Superbs. Yes, they are noisy in the mornings. Mine will call throughout the day. From my experience they would not be considered quiet as they are noisiest of my flock, but they are the best talkers. I can't count how many words, phrases they can say. Their natural call is very loud and can get annoying if they go on and on...thank God they can talk!
