My birds took almost2 weeks of th door being opn before they would risk coming out, 6 months later I get an earful if I am not punctual about play time.

Well, something a little different today. For one, I'm partially disabled in that I can't walk as good as before and have a caregiver come 3 days a week for assistance with daily activities, and think Oliver has decided he likes her. This morning when she came he chirped and sang happily.

Then this afternoon long after she left I opened the upper main door on the cage and began gently nudging his swing and other hanging toys. When I did that he took on a happy appearance and began playing with nearly all his toys and got on the swing a couple of times. I think it made him happy that I showed interest in his toys. He still not too hep on me touching him, but I think we're gradually progressing.
