Parrots and cheesedoodles

My lovebird has taken to stealing my cheesedoodles when I'm not looking. How bad is it actually for him? Can I just let him have the one he stole, or should I take it away and guard my doodles better?

Too much salt and fat, once in a blue moon it will be ok. Guard the rest of them though
