Hey Anna... I was confused with that one as well at the begining of this thread...

step 1:You have to disconnect from the internet connection,
step 2:then connect again so that the website looses the IP it had given to your computer when you first visited...
step 3:Then you are a ''new'' visitor and you can vote again...

There is a slight chance that you get the same IP so you do all 3 steps again..
