Playdate Photos!

my friend needed her conure DNA tested, but didnt want to pluck the bird herself, so I offered to do it for her. she brought her yellow-sided GCC over (no worries, the bird has been quarantined at her own home for well over 30 days with no bird contact!)

so, she visited for a few hours with her conure.

my tiels co-existed just fine with the conure, but they chose to keep to themselves.


however, surprise surprise, munch took instantly to the newcomer and it was like they became instant best friends.

mango was only out for a little while and was flying around without any interest

How fun! The fids are beauties. Yesterday I met up with another person from the forum that, as it turns out, lives a few blocks away. So we are going to set up a meet and play date for our fids.

the bird has seen a vet already as well my friend has already brought him to the vet for a check up and nail trim
