PLEASE HELP URGENT!!!

I recently just a couple of hours ago fed my parrot. couple pieces of cooked sweet potato. However they were sitting in a container with water for a coupe of days. Please tell me if I should take him to our avian vet.

If in air tight container in fridge less then two days yes otherwise no. So a vet is recommended.
