Size verification

Hello guys,

just wanted to ask if my great green macaw is undersize? He is currently at 30.3 inch from head to tip of tail.

because im getting a lot of comment that he is a little bit small for a great green. But whether not i still do love him so much.

Great Greens aka Buffons typically a bit larger though varies by individual. Perhaps more important is mass; parrots become over/underweight with few visible signs unless extreme. If you are able to weigh him for baseline and periodically check, this serves as early warning for health issues.
