Are Green cheek conure more prone to pluck their feathers than other species from the pionus and poicephalus families?

I couldn't say about Poinus, but Poicephalus aren't known at all for plucking; I think I've only read about one that was prone to it.

Do you know if Green cheeks are known to be more prone to self mutilation and feather plucking?
