So im sorry about such the late post, holidays came in for the attack and now schools starting to finish me off, but i owe you guys an update post on my sweet baby.
his poopy test came back clear and healthy we also found out Its a Boy! and we have chosen to name him Alphonse because we can call him Phonsie as a cute nickname and when he was an adult a more mature The Phonse will suit him nicely. We have been to the vet twice now and have another appointment settled in febuary. everytime we go he gets a new toy, lol so right now he has 10 toys in his cage right now and he loves to climb on, tear up, and play with all of them!!
He has really come out of his shell since we got him. he clicks, grunts, chirps, squeals and screams and every noise is music to our ears. <3 he loves to head bob or "dance" as we call it, he also likes to sassy bird his head in a circle and its adorable.he loves to crawl under the blankets with us in the morning and make the happiest and quietest little squeals! almost sounds like a tiny feathered pig!!
we bought him an avian sun full spectrum uv light as per request of the vet and hes on a 50/50 diet of harrisons high potency fine and millet seed, another vet recommendation. since we switched him to harrisons and got the uv light his plumage is so bright and colorful!
we love our little guy to the sun and back and he is doing just wonderfully!
