I am impressed to the point of jealousy!

Sadly, the Rb can't be out if there are any foods or drinks... he swoops down on people's heads or laps, and sees no reason he shouldn't have anything he wants. He flies off with his spoils before I can get close. The biggest thing I've ever seen him fly away with was a half-eaten biscuit with raspberry jelly on it. He apparently bit too hard, though, and it separated and fell to the ground (jelly side down? Of course!) and he was left to perch on a curtain rod and savor his tidbit.

Venus is amazing. Beyond words.



I saw the Missus' bird fly off with a lemon wedge once. We found it behind a couch a week later. Could we rent Venus out for the holidays?
