The Twins were under the weather for a while.
I noticed an increase in sneezing and Merlin was rubbing his nares a lot.
I had plenty of leftover antibiotic that Bingo never had the chance to take but how to give it to them.
With them both in the same cage one bird might eat both doses of medicine soooo.
First I put the medicine on two small pieces of Hawaiian bread smeared with peanut butter.
Then after their morning flying time I put them back in separate cages each with their own dose.
After Merlin eat his piece I would put him back in the cage with Luna.
It’s been a bit more than a week and the sniffles are all gone.
No, I didn’t wast my time and money on a vet visit that would stress my birds and I know without doubt he would have given them the antibiotics anyway.
And here is a little guessing game for you all.
