Weird Behavior

Elvis used to love looking out of the window around January-March, but now he'll look out the window and get spooked, sometimes peck at the window, sometimes fly away only to fly right back. I thought that he was scared of the birds outside, but when I closed the curtain the next day, he hated it more.
What's going on and what can I do?

Has something changed outside?
Maybe he just noticed the big world outside the window
Just joking, of course, have your tried bringing him over to the window with a treat?
Or you could secure a little millet (I assume there’s a window perch?) to the window/perch.
