Sorry for the extended absence.

I had a busy few months working on a grant, pursuing my research, and teaching a hectic class. The course is over and the grant is done, so hopefully now it can be back to life as unusual.

Who is Grant?

As far as I can tell it is a mythical figure whom I may not every actually meet. I'm not convinced he exists - but I've heard stories of other people's encounters. On those occasions when he is seen, he lavishes his successful persuer with fame and fortune.

Next week I'm hunting for snipe.
